Libby Dam is nestled in the Kootenai River gorge in Montana. The dam is 422 ft in height and 3055 Ft in length creating Lake Koocanusa. Clark’s Quality Roofing had the privilege of reroofing the Dam. The old EPDM membrane was removed without damaging the Rigid insulation underneath.  Wet and damaged insulation was replaced and two new layers were added. Clark’s Quality Roofing installed 90 Mil EPDM fully adhered. The project was successfully completed on time and under budget, with the desired results, look, quality and workmanship for which Clark’s Quality Roofing is known.
