About this job: While Clark’s Quality Roofing works primarily on commercial flat-roofs, occasionally we’ll take on a residential roofing challenge if there’s a complex architectural problem to resolve. In this case, another contractor working on this beautiful one-of-a-kind home saw the problems this owner was having with her roofing contractor and told her to contact us. The house has many unique features that, while beautiful, had led to serious leaks that, even after many attempts at repair, had created havoc inside the home for many years.
It’s not about what you get, but what you GIVE, right? After being on the ground and seeing the issues at hand, owner Carl Clark presented the owner with several options that would truly resolve the issues — even though the owner had a contract with someone else and there was no expectation that would change. It happened that, in this case, ultimately the CQR team was brought in. Throughout the complex project, they did the work in such a way as to exceed expectations (and were “gentlemen” as the owner put it.) The ongoing leak nightmares were finally over.
